Reporting Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of alleged infringement (“DMCA Notice”) to our designated agent at:

Please include the following information in your notice (see 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter Notification
If you believe that content you posted on our site was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The counter notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any U.S. federal court in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with the DMCA and other applicable law, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the website or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
